Job Description
System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and were looking to expand our team with a professional, driven Construction Project Manager . In this position, youll manage the project installations and act as the point of contact for our homeowners.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage multiple crews.
Crew recruitment.
Main point of contact with homeowners during installation.
Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied.
Daily updates upon job site inspections.
Change orders and up selling.
Experience& Skills:
Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews.
Experience with residential construction projects.
Experience with masonry (concrete, stonework, interlocking pavers).
Knowledge of grading and drainage.

ossess excellent communication skills.
Must be customer service oriented.
Positive can do attitude is critical.
Valid drivers license meeting company insurance guidelines.
A background check will be conducted for this position.
Minimum 2 years experience managing construction job sites.
Bilingual (Spanish and English).
