We are currently looking for a Full Time System Budget Analyst II to join our Content Development team located at the Abbott Miller Bldg working 8:30AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.

Summary:

Systems Budget Analyst II is responsible for application administration and support, and the creation and maintenance of budgets and budgeting reports for Housing Health and Headquarters Depts and Divisions.

Responsibilities:
* Oversees the implementation, training and maintaining Questica Budget application
* Mentors associates within and outside the Division of Treasury on Questica budgeting application
* Oversees the reporting from Questica data and other budgeting models for forecasting, report publishing and predictive analysis
* Manage the proper configuration and/or reconfiguration of business units within Questica budgeting tool
* Provides basic user technical support for Questica budgeting tool
* Develop and maintain system generated consolidated reports with the BI tool using data from various business information systems including Questica, Infor FSM, Infor HCM, and any other system as required
* Assists with the development and deployment of new functionality
* Utilizes available integration tools to automate current manual processes where possible
* Serves as a liaison with Accounting and Information Technology departments to analyze, design, develop, test and implement programs to meet on-going informational needs of the Nation to include the implementation of a new Questica budget tool
* Manage data integration from source systems such as Infor FSM, Cognos, Great Plains, etc
* Prepares ad hoc reports
* All other duties as assigned
