Must be willing to work overtime as needed. Must have the ability to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams. Capable but not limited to repair damaged circuits, lands, surface mount pads, It includes defects in the base board and mask surface. Must have Micro scope soldering and component rework skills and exposure to most repair/rework processes. We require a high degree of quality workmanship. Qualified candidate must have experience in working in a fast pace, turn around dept. Capable of walking 200 feet several times a day to wash circuit cards Lift 25 lbs or more several times a day. This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen of a lawful permanent resident. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must be familiar with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) electronic components and SMT assembly process. 2 - 4 years of experience in running Surface Mount Machines. Must know the different package types of electronic components. Willing to work overtime as needed. This position requires standing for long periods of time.
