Responsibilities

  • With limited supervision, assemble a wide range of standard and custom products from simple, basic to complex wire and cable products following drawings, instruction manuals, in process check lists and manufacturing orders for a specific customer.
  • Utilizes the full range of hand and power tools and mechanized equipment to facilitate the assembly of wire and cable products.
  • Pick parts needed for assembly from storage areasx
  • Be familiar with the following soldering techniques:
    • Dip Soldering - solder pot
    • Lap soldering, Hook soldering
    • Connector soldering, ie, Solder cups
    • Board soldering
    • Fine Pitch Soldering
    • Complex Assemblies


Skills Electronic Assembling (1 year of experience is preferred) Parts Assembling Soldering (1 year of experience is required) Schematics Manufacturing
Qualifications Years of experience: 1 year Experience level: Entry Level
