We are looking for an HR Generalist to support various HR functions including payroll, attendance, recruitment, and employee relations. This is a full-time, on-site role with a company that values long-term commitment and professional development. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates. Oversee the Learning Management System and employee benefits programs. Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Conduct investigations into employee complaints. Administer workers' compensation claims and coordinate with insurance providers. Handle payroll processing and time/attendance records.
