As an Entry Level Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting various sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the industry.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, including preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
