Als consultant ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor een goede implementatie en een goed gebruik van onze software bij onze klanten. Je bent onderdeel van een team bestaande uit onze consultants, accountmanagers en partnermanager. Je begrijpt de processen bij onze klanten, je denkt met ze mee en zorgt voor een uitermate tevreden klant. Je gaat klanten adviseren en bijstaan bij het automatiseren van bedrijfsprocessen Je doet het volledige implementatietraject van begin tot einde Je gaat trainingen geven over King Business Software Je genereert consultancy afspraken bij bestaande klanten Je doet de opvolging van contacten, afspraken en taken Collega’s en dealers ondersteunen bij verkoop- en optimalisatieprojecten Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele consultancytraject bij de klant maar ook intern Waar ben je goed in?

Belangrijke eigenschappen en ervaring die wij zoeken in de kandidaat zijn: HBO werk- en denkniveau Economische of bedrijfskundige opleiding Uitstekende beheersing Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift Kennis van bedrijfsprocessen, logistieke processen en administratieve automatisering Kennis van Windows en netwerken Ervaring met opstellen van plan voor ERP-implementaties Gewend te schakelen op diverse niveaus en met diverse stakeholders Affiniteit met software, concrete ervaring is een pre Daarnaast beschik je over
