About the Role:
The internal communications manager supports employee and executive communications in close collaboration with Sitecore's People and Culture, Social Media, and other teams.
Location:
- US remote or hybrid working on Eastern Time
- Ability to adjust work schedule occasionally to accommodate meetings with other time zones
- Manage day-to-day internal communications, including work with executives
- Create and edit content to support executive communications
- Draft talking points for key events
- Manage company-wide meetings, including agenda and content support
- Manage company newsletters, including creating copy and staging in a content management system
- Manage the company's intranet
- Outstanding writing and editing skills. Ability to write in Sitecore's brand voice as well as that of key executives.
- Experience in employee engagement strategies
- Deep experience navigating B2B or enterprise technology messaging and storytelling
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing deadlines
- Knowledge of the digital experience platform sector
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
