Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and profitability. - Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Provide leadership in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to the executive team. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and laws. - Manage cash flow, investments, and risk assessment. - Collaborate with other departments to drive business development initiatives. - Lead cost control and management efforts to optimize financial performance. - Supervise payroll processing and ensure accuracy.

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. - Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role. - Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial accounting, modeling, and risk analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
