Requirements:
•Availability to travel within North America;
•Direct experience in the development, design, engineering, and construction of High Voltage Transmission lines (5-7 years);
•Experience creating transmission design standards in Microsoft Suite;
•Experience with one-line and three-line diagrams, general arrangements, plans and profiles, and other common deliverables;
•Valid driver`s license;
•Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil/Structural Engineering .

Preferred:
•Project Engineering/ Project management experience;
•PMP and/or P.E. in a related discipline;
•Experience with PLS-CADD, Auto-CAD, Microsoft products, Primavera, and other software .

Responsibilities :
•Manage the design for assigned transmission generation tie lines for Wind, Solar, and Battery Energy Storage, and for stand-alone transmission lines from conception (Early Stage) through construction and commissioning (Execution).
•Work with the early stage to define and influence the requirements and scope of the Development Group.
•Secure engineering consulting resources from a list of approved suppliers by developing a scope of work, securing bids, and awarding work through the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Group.
•Coordinate with other stakeholders to develop and secure a route, and secure the permits needed to design and build the line, including geotechnical and lidar.
•Coordinate the engineering deliverables in competitive proposals, as well as design and construction of projects .
