* Provide engineering and technical expertise for identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues.

* Understand and create transmission line drawing packages.

* Interact with internal engineers and technical personnel on a daily basis.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.

* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural or Electrical Engineering (Civil preferred)
* 2+ years of experience in electrical utility transmission line design, with working knowledge of high voltage transmission line design at 69V and higher.
* Technical competency in all aspects of transmission line utility design, including general arrangement and layout of structures, understanding of line components, foundation design, grounding, lightning and shielding protection, sag and tension limits, etc.
* Expertise in PLSCADD line design highly preferred; other software experience will be considered.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of experience
* Professional Engineer (PE) license
