With over 1,400 team members, we care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states.Job DetailsAll pharmacist positions at ExactCare are expected to deliver on quality standards that allow us to ensure proper medication profiles are managed, reviewed and verified. Additionally, the Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the proper dispensing of all medications filled at ExactCare to ensure the correct and safe supply of medications are delivered to each patient. They will own the pharmacist verification process of the ExactPacks and medication additions going out to patient homes. The Pharmacist is responsible for adhering to company policies and procedures and expected to help build team capabilities through leadership skills and follow up.
