Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispensing Process Oversight: Ensure the highest quality and accuracy in delivering patient prescriptions, maintaining a seamless customer experience, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, drug file maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and direction to supervisors, leads, and customer service representatives, and participate in the orientation and training of new pharmacists and associates.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Central Fill general manager, pharmacy manager, and system administrator to resolve operational issues, implement process improvements, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure patient information is handled in a HIPAA-compliant manner and maintain accurate records of dispensing activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, plus 2 years of experience in customer service delivery or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Licensure: Licensed pharmacist with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states as required.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
