Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly banking submission packages

Prepare quarterly and annual reports for SEC

Prepare annual plan and quarterly forecasts by department for consolidation into financials

Prepare/post month end journal entries

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

3-5 years accounting experience

SEC Reporting

CPA or CPA track
