Duties/Responsibilities: Develop and manage B2B marketing campaigns, primarily through email, LinkedIn and other social. Perform ongoing tracking and reporting of B2B marketing activities to understand positive and negative outcomes to improve marketing strategy. Assess the results of marketing campaigns regularly utilizing CRM and other analytic platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and messaging for marketing efforts, including campaigns, advertising, and events, and ensure brand and voice consistency through all marketing efforts. Contribute towards developing a sustainable lead generation system, focusing on customer acquisition and retention strategies. Gain a thorough understanding of a company's services and products and how they can solve the unique problems of each lead. Perform industry and competition analysis to inform the sales process and assist in positioning and maintaining messaging consistent with marketing strategy. Create and publish content as part of a bigger digital marketing strategy. Participate in professional development and/or networking conferences and events. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong understanding of campaign strategy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships. Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A curious learner with a growth mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Experience in CRM systems is a plus. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field. At least two years of related experience is required.
