Qualifications:- NYS Clinical Technologist license issued - Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience in clinical laboratory or Masters degree and 2 years of clinical lab experience- Chemistry/hematology experience- 1 or more years in leadership/supervisory roleResponsibilities: Under the direction of the Operations Manager, oversees testing and quality assurance activities of the point of care testing program, and related functions which require technical skill in point of care testing and clinical laboratory· Performs day-to-day supervision of the point of care testing and monitors processes to ensure that acceptable levels of analytic performance are maintained, to include review of quality assurance practices, environmental monitors, instrument and equipment maintenance/function checks, quality control, calibration, and amended reports if any.Work Environment:1. 4 weeks PTO, 15 paid holidays and 12 paid sick days2. no nights or weekends, strictly daytime role Mon-Fri3.
