About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine/PET Technologist to join our team at Lenox Hill Radiology. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality nuclear medicine and/or positron emission tomography/computed tomography images on patients while providing exceptional care and attention to detail.
  • Follow established nuclear medicine protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient imaging results.
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to detect or treat diseases using radioisotopes, under the direction of a radiologist.
  • Guide patients through the imaging process, providing clear explanations and addressing their concerns and questions in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Monitor patients' well-being during exams, recognizing and responding to any signs of discomfort or medical issues.
  • Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification
  • State Nuclear Medicine License
  • Venipuncture certification/permit
  • CPR certification
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred
What We Offer
