Job Responsibilities:

1. Programming and Analysis:Demonstrates good knowledge of assigned applications and the associated computing environmentsDevelops awareness of other computing environments used by the organizationCompletes data fixes as neededPrograms within the guidelines established by the team or managerEvaluates efficiency, accuracy, and presentation of outputRecognizes potential problems and works with supervisors to analyze and improve designTests and debugs program logic independently2. Communication:

Communicates effectively with all programming team members and support staffTrains, guides and mentors team members and co-workers as directedUses the designated change management system to log, document, suggest assignments, and report on project status3. Planning, Design and Documentation:

Works with the team to set timelines and task sequencesSuggest design improvementsDemonstrates ability to define programming tasks required to complete a projectDevelops test plans with assistanceDocuments procedures are worked on, they collaborate with team on assembling user and system flow documentation, per established standards.Assists with implementation, including establishing timelines and monitoring system output4.
