This role will be based out of our London office working on a hybrid basis. Job Type: This role is being offered on a full-time permanent basis. As Head of Commercial Sales, you will lead the development and execution of our commercial and marketing strategy, playing a key role in driving the growth and success of the Company in the global market. You will be responsible for developing an accounts management team and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our market presence, drive revenue and build strong brand recognition within the CHRO global community. Key Responsibilities: As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, your role, working alongside your peers, is to develop and execute a Company Strategy aligned to the ambition and values of Senovis. Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial (sales) strategy that aligns with the Senovis objectives and ambition for global growth over the next five years. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the identified global markets to drive business growth in line with the Company's vision. Lead the creation and oversee the execution of our marketing strategy to support our commercial strategy, including brand development, digital marketing, content creation, advertising, and PR efforts. 4. Relationship Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with C-Suite CHROs globally to understand their ongoing HR/business objectives, to ensure they optimise our Senovis offering and to ensure our offering remains best in class. 5. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to identify the evolving needs of our clients, market trends, and Senovis opportunities. Utilise insights to inform our business objectives. Build, mentor, and manage high-performing account management and marketing teams. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity, excellence and delivery. 7. Sales and Business Development: Lead the sales process with the account management team to drive lead generation, conversion, results and client relationship management within their respective CHRO target markets. Work with the team to contribute to and participate in CHRO / peer events and other related initiatives. 8. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for commercial and marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI, aligned to KPIs. 9. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships, collaborations and alliances that enhance Senovis’ market position and drive business growth across target markets. 10. Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our commercial and marketing strategies. Present regular reports and recommendations to the business. Qualifications : Ideally Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or Sales Qualification. Professional Experience & Knowledge: Minimum of 15 years’ of progressive experience in commercial roles, with at least 5 years’ in a leadership position in a B2B environment. Experience of developing and executing B2B Sales and Marketing Strategies. Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering and exceeding Sales KPIs. Experience of growing and developing a high performance commercial team. Strong understanding of the professional services market and the challenges and opportunities it presents. Proven ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders, specifically at Executive and C-suite level. Strong working knowledge of CRM and related systems to maximise effectiveness and results. Ideally previous experience managing, or working in conjunction with, the Marketing department. Ideally senior experience within HR, Recruitment, HR / Payroll Technology or Consulting sectors. Strategic Thinking: Capable of lifting your thinking and applying your efforts outside of daily tasks to prepare strategies that take account of issues, trends and opportunities and how these link to the objectives of the Organisation.
