Description

BAM personnel are responsible for the promotional materials and promotional events for Beer, Wine and Spirits alike. BAM personnel report to the sales manager for that location. They must possess an alcohol license as well as a driver's license. Employee must be a team player and share responsibilities with the team. Employee must communicate and work with other members of the team to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales. Employees will cooperate with other employees, supervisors and management and perform other duties as requested by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Be licensed and able to drive motor vehicle. Must maintain insurability to operate a company vehicle. Be licensed by T.A.B.C. to sell alcoholic beverages. Knowledge of basic computer skills.

Daily responsibilities:

Visit all assigned accounts for distribution of POS, coasters, ashtrays, table tents, etc. Interview, manage, oversee and provide security for the Wine and Spirit ambassadors while they are working. Schedule the work rotation of the Wine and Spirit ambassadors. Arrange for the appropriate clothing worn by the Wine and Spirit ambassadors so as to promote particular products. Work closely with route salesman and regional managers to promote sales and delivery of products including package and draft. Maintain call records for each account visit as required. Maintain any and all schedules, reports and information as required management. Know account owner/manager/key personnel by name. Promote a good customer relation. Required to work weekends.

Promotional Events:

Set-up inflatables, karaoke machines, flick-ball games and water balloon launching devices or other promotional equipment appropriate for each event. Carryout Freshness campaign as assigned by management. Taste testing booths set-up including the transportation of the beer to the specified locations.

Equipment and Vehicle:

Keep the company vehicles and equipment in 1st class condition with special care given to vehicle's brakes, tires, fuel, fluids, and safety equipment. Report all vehicle and equipment problems promptly. Report accidents to your supervisor and office immediately after they occur.

Company Objectives:

Be supportive of all company objectives Keep your supervisor and management aware of account status. Keep good clean attitude towards working environment and customer satisfaction.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Frequent tasks (75%-100% of the day that could last from 6-12 hours)

Desk type work while working on a computer. This consists of sitting, bending, digital flexion/extension, wrist flexion/extension/radial deviation/ulnar deviation, elbow flexion/extension, radial-ulnar pronation/supination, shoulder flexion/extension/abduction/internal rotation/external rotation. Moderately frequent tasks (0%-25% of the day that could last from 6-12 hours depending on the number of cases need for promotions that day):

To help load/unload beer cases at warehouse and at account locations. This consists of standing, sitting, kneeling, squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, lifting, twisting, stair climbing, reaching/overhead reaching, shoulder flexion/rotation/abduction/extension. Cases vary in weight from 10-50lbs. Ability to operate a two or four wheeled hand-truck.
