Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance leadership team to develop and implement BI solutions. Manage the design and development of dashboards that monitor key performance indicators and drive business decisions. Act as liaison between BI and Medline Finance (Sales & Ops) functional areas to ensure clear communication and proper execution of business requirements. Drive process improvements through the management of BI tools, reporting, and visualization capabilities. Develop deep-dive analytical project work in partnership with Finance leadership to inform strategy or uncover new insights. Ensure that the use of business intelligence applications enhance business decision making capabilities. Remain up to date with BI trends, including new technology and data visualizations techniques. Identify, design and implement internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes Work with stakeholders to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues Management responsibilities include: --Typically oversees professional employees/teams OR typically manages non-professional employees through Supervisors in manufacturing, distribution or office environments --Day-to-day operations of a group of employees. --May have limited budgetary responsibility and usually contributes to budgetary impact; --Interpret and execute policies for departments/projects and develops. --Recommend and implement new policies or modifications to existing policies. --Provide general guidelines and parameters for staff functioning. --Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or/and analytics

At least 5 years of dashboard development experience, Tableau or other similar technology

At least 5 years of experience levering SQL for data analysis and performance tuning

At least 5 years of experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or Marketing Experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing them as they work.

Experience working with databases and big data Profieciency in Tableau and SQL

Experience in Python/Pandas
