As an

Automotive Commercial Sales Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of commercial vehicles, developing, and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, strong leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for commercial vehicles. Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and professional growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers and fleet accounts. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and service to ensure a cohesive approach to sales. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles and the automotive industry. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
