Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Full-time Sales Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody the store ethos and uphold the ELM Shoes brand through exceptional sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their requirements.
  • As a 'Sit and Fit' shoe retailer, staff will receive training on measuring, scanning, and accurately fitting customers' shoes.
  • Efficiently finalize sales transactions and promote repeat patronage.
  • Collaborate with team members on various daily operations including sales, inventory management, store presentation, and handling customer inquiries.

  • Available for a full-time work schedule.
  • Strong communication abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
