This individual will serve a key function in preparingproposals, qualifications, and presentations, researching businessdevelopment opportunities, and providing marketing event support forprojects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of anational business development and marketing team and to collaborate with thefirm's employees and leadership, along with architects, constructionmanagement firms, developers, attorneys and other consultants to driveorganiza Job ResponsibilitiesPrepares, assists with and tracks proposals; statements ofqualifications; requests for quotations, and pricing and other marketingcollateral from concept through completion;Composes, edits, and creates graphic material, and prepares staffresumes and project experience needed for RFQs, RFPs and other reports;Coordinates, tracks, and supports the firm's business development andmarketing activities;Prepares and completes standard federal forms;Assists in the coordination of trade shows and special events;Designs schedules and coordinates meetings, events, and appointments toensure the success of meeting deadlines;Attends networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate; andPerforms other duties as requested.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required;3+ years of professional marketing experience within the real estate,architectural, engineering or construction industry;Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and editing skills;Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables;Experience with PowerPoint, Quark, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop,InDesign and Illustrator software programs;Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, andjudgment capabilities; andAbility to effectively work independently and in a team environment.Langan provides a rich array of programs and benefits to help its employeesadvance their careers and enhance the quality of their lives.
