Follow proper cash handling processes. Knowledge of all systems and programs the company utilizes. Cross-sell existing clients when appropriate. Complete follow-up procedures for cross-selling new customers. Continue to learn product and underwriting detail of various carriers for additional sales opportunities and for professional development. Assistance with other organizational projects when needed.
