Accounts Payable Clerk An Accounts Payable Clerk is needed for a hospital in Los Angeles. The Accounts Payable Specialist will match, batch, and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. You will have the opportunity for career growth and advancement within this dynamic department. Your responsibilities in this role include: Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents Handle 100 invoices per day Produce full-cycle A/P Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed Validate, record, and send checks, including expediting special handling Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it Software: Paragon and Allscripts Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
