Reviews, prepares, and negotiates a wide range of contracts under supervision of in-house counsel, including but not limited to vendor agreements, client contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and service agreements. Ensures that contracts are in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Contract Administration Maintains accurate and organized contract records and documentation, including contract templates, amendments, deal summaries, and related correspondence. Tracks contract expiration dates, renewal options, and key milestones and communicates them to appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely contract renewals or terminations. Monitors contract performance and compliance, identifying and addressing any deviations or discrepancies. Risk Assessment and Mitigation Identifies potential risks and liabilities associated with contract terms and conditions, proposing solutions or alternative provisions to mitigate risks. Collaborates with legal counsel and subject matter experts to review complex contractual issues and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Engagement Serves as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support on contract matters and facilitating communication between departments. Liaises with external parties, including vendors, clients, and legal representatives, to negotiate contract terms and resolve disputes or issues. Intellectual Property Protection Manages the company’s anti-piracy program and pitch policy, protecting the company’s intellectual property from infringement and claims of infringement. Process Improvement Continuously evaluates and improves contract management processes, procedures, and systems to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure scalability. Implements best practices and standardization initiatives to promote consistency and quality in contract management practices across the organization. Other Duties as Assigned Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate, including some administrative support for in-house attorneys. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field preferred. Contract management certification is a plus.
