MSE Wall Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced MSE Wall Superintendent to join our team at Management Business Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising assigned project work and ensuring project compliance with contract drawings and specifications.

• Supervise and coordinate project work to ensure timely completion and compliance with contract requirements.
• Plan and schedule work methods, materials, and equipment needs for assigned project work.
• Review and understand project specifications to support job setup activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure all mandated inspections are completed within requested timeframes.
• Support and promote strict adherence to safety and process controls regarding operating equipment, worksite safety, and documentation requirements.
• Supervise sub-contractor production and workforce regarding assigned project work.
• Coordinate project close-out activities in line with project standards and Owner checklist requirements.

• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience (roads/bridges/marine/tunneling), with at least 3+ years management experience required.
