Medical Front Desk Receptionist

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

As a Medical Front Desk Receptionist, your responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting patient information, and ensuring that each patient has the necessary paperwork completed. In addition, you will handle correspondence, check eligibility, collect patient copays and balances. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a friendly demeanor. Experience in a medical office setting is preferred, but not required. You must also have a strong attention to detail, be organized, and possess outstanding multitasking and time management skills. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Experience in a medical office setting is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of our care team and other colleagues
  • A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
  • Remain in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Proficient in typing and using office software
  • Meticulous and organized with exceptional multitasking and time management skills
