Job Description: Brillio Design is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Lead to spearhead our efforts in acquiring new clients for our global design studio. As a Manager-level position, the ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully collaborating with digital design agencies, driving business growth, and securing new client opportunities. This role will be based in the United States and will play a pivotal role in expanding Brillio's client portfolio.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to identify and acquire new clients for Brillio's global design studio. Cultivate and maintain relationships with new clients, positioning Brillio as a preferred partner for design solutions. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new clients. Collaborate with internal teams, including design, marketing, and business development, to develop compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client needs. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships. Act as a brand ambassador for Brillio Design, representing the company and the global design studio at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles within the digital design industry. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a client-facing environment. Extensive network and relationships within the digital design agency ecosystem, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics and client needs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives. Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
