Job Description:

Brillio Design is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Lead to spearhead our efforts in acquiring new clients for our global design studio. As a Manager-level position, the ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully collaborating with digital design agencies, driving business growth, and securing new client opportunities. This role will be based in the United States and will play a pivotal role in expanding Brillio's client portfolio.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to identify and acquire new clients for Brillio's global design studio.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with new clients, positioning Brillio as a preferred partner for design solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, marketing, and business development, to develop compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Brillio Design, representing the company and the global design studio at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles within the digital design industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a client-facing environment.
  • Extensive network and relationships within the digital design agency ecosystem, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
