Resolve EDI related issues within BC to ensure the continuous processing of orders.Manage book orders and resolve all errors with order processing within Business Central.Work closely with internal Service Center to manage customer-oriented issues/solutions.Oversee sales order data in Business Central and collaborate with internal teams (finance, service center, ITS) in order to maintain data integrity and resolve invoicing issues.Work with books warehouse to resolve errors and ensure all returns are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
