**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Youll be part detective, part counselor, and part hero R&Rs Personal Lines service team members are responsible for servicing a dedicated book of business and maintaining industry-leading retention by educating clients about their insurance coverages, processing requested coverage changes, identifying and resolving gaps in coverage, reviewing renewal policies, and assisting clients with claims. Our CSAs embrace a proactive work approach and build long lasting relationships with clients & insurance partners. Working within R&Rs team based environment, you will have the opportunity to be a resource for other team members and partner with a wide range of insurance carriers to find the most comprehensive coverage solution for your clients. Youll also be responsible for the upselling and account-rounding of your own book of business, helping to contribute to the continued growth of R&R
