They partner with us to reach their target audiences through B2C and B2B public relations expertise that encompasses media relations, influencer marketing, and social media strategy. What does that mean for you and this role?
The Account Director is responsible for driving client relationships, strategy and results. This includes developing a deep understanding of our clients businesses, identifying innovative growth strategies, and overseeing successful execution of campaigns. The Account Director works with the new business lead to introduce strategic thinking to new business pitches, with the PR team (social, media relations, influencer marketing) to build out campaigns for both new and existing clients, and with the account teams to manage the client, results, renewals and identifies upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities
Lead and inspire Lola Red clients and account teams
Ensure the integration and collaboration between Accounts + PR (social, influencer, media relations) is strong and effective
Skilled and trained in negotiation and conflict resolution
Hold a deep understanding for each clients business, competitive set and strategic goals in effort to define areas of opportunity and growth
Serve as the strategic and consultative point of contact for C-Level and Senior clients; establish strong relationship and lead clients
Provide strategic direction to team on how to build the business of current clients
Participate in new business efforts and liaise with VP of Accounts + VP of Public Relations to determine ideal staffing solutions
Work with VP of Accounts and VP of Public Relations to create solutions and strategies for new clients
Develop solutions that leverage agency offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency
Understand clients business and business issues and serve as a trusted advisor to drive effective solutions
Accountable for fiscal health of account(s) and overall revenue, and growth
