Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant: The Senior Accountant will resolve and book daily, monthly, and yearly journal entries Reconcile the higher level and higher risk general ledger accounts on a daily basis, and ensure any discrepancies are resolved The Senior Accountant will help with the full month-end close process Assist with all internal and external audits Provide support for monthly flux reviews of the financial statements The Senior Accountant will assist the Accounts Payable Manager in escalated AP issues and vendor communication

Background Expected of the Senior Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or experience equivalent 5+ years' experience in a Staff/Senior Accounting role Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups Supervisory experience is a plus
