Responsibilities

Prepare precise internal financial reports to aid in organizational decision-making. Develop and maintain schedules for prepaid expenses and accruals. Exhibit strong attention to detail in all financial documentation. Apply advanced Excel techniques to improve financial analysis and reporting. Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues to ensure proper support for expenditures. Review financial data to ensure accuracy and identify trends. Manage and execute the month-end closing process. Analyze vendor contracts to determine payment terms. Deliver timely financial reports to management and address inquiries as needed. Participate in special projects as assigned to support departmental objectives. Prepare and record journal entries, ensuring accurate General Ledger reconciliations. Work with internal and external auditors to facilitate the audit process. Maintain current knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), SEC regulations, and other relevant accounting standards. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required. 4+ years of public accounting experience required, COGS experience is preferred. CPA is highly preferred. Proficiency with various accounting software systems is essential for effectively managing financial operations. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamically evolving environment.
