Your responsibilities

Manhours reports
Input, review & update the statistics spreadsheets. Keep it current and update as necessary - prepare monthly PPT showing the different data points per location and overall, NAMER - automate as far as possible.

Monthly environmental reporting
Keep a local spreadsheet with all information gathered from locations and do analysis to highlight extreme outliers - prepare a monthly PPT with graphs showing current usage.

Share point
Combine / cleanup and develop an HSEQ share point site to store local information.

Mobile applications
Be the key person in developing local mobile applications for required processes "Manager walk abouts, Inspections, audits, JHA's "and more.

Training
Develop a place to store and extract training information and keep records of such training (MSHA, OSHA and others).

Meetings
Be the organizer and ensure minutes are kept for HSE & Q teams meeting.
Assist with lunch bookings for Tucson meeting when required.

Intelex
Understand and use Intelex platform - Keep up to date with incidents and follow up with investigation close outs, be part of the Intelex improvement team - attend meetings and give feedback.

Facilities / Safety, Quality
Invoice classifications and input to "Prossesit" platform for manager approvals.

PPE
Keep track of budget and be the middleman for communication between FLSmidth and MAGID.

Procedures
Review format and add to local / global platform as part of the Management system.

Management review
Keep records & minutes for ISO certifications and regional alignment.

Current COVID spreadsheet updates
Continue with current COVID statistics via CDC website, input from Mexico and alternative info for Canada.

Assist with lunch orders
As needed/required.

What you bring

•Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
•Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, "back-office" and accounting software
•Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
•Reliable with patience and professionalism
•Associate's/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus
