Responsible for managing multiple distributors within a region and achieving the region's financial and strategic goals. This role requires superior management skills and the ability to implement all programs as directed by management effectively.Role and ResponsibilitiesWorks with the distribution sales team to prepare revenue objectives and goals for the assigned territories.Travel with distributors to understand the market needs; utilize voice of customer, market mapping, and other marketing techniques.Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume and ensure compliance with all appropriate policies. Provide leadership to the distributor sales team; motivate and encourage the sales team to ensure quotas are met.Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of distributor sales managers/territory managers.Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies.Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.Maintain relationships with relevant trade associations.Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.Acts as company representative at trade meetings or shows.Travel required - 50 to 75% Territory is West Coast of US and Western part of Canada.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
