Part-Time Call Center Representatives - Houston, TX 77095

Direct Hire
Hours: flexible to shift Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 8:00PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) - rotating Saturdays
Will work 6 hour shifts, 5 days per week (30 hrs/week)
Pay: $16.00 per hour

**WIll train first 2 weeks at their Spring Branch location (9 AM - 5 PM), before transitioning to call center in NW Houston for scheduled shift hours**

Summary:
This position effectively manages multiple daily calls while also completing a variety of daily administrative tasks. In addition to providing first rate member service, the Call Center Rep is accountable for meeting an established number of daily and monthly calls, as well as seeking ongoing cross sell opportunities.

Requirements:
  • The qualified candidate will need to have a minimum of (1) one year customer service experience
  • A minimum of 2 weeks of on-site training at our NW Houston (Spring Branch) location is required, along with Saturday availability.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
