Position: Project Estimator/Administrator

Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed walk-throughs and provide timely quotes and estimates for items beyond GC scope. Analyze drawings and specifications to develop accurate and competitive project bids. Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements and goals. Prepare and review cost breakdowns, proposals, and tender documents. Monitor and manage contract drawing revisions and maintain record drawings for as-built documentation. Project Administrator Duties: Support the Superintendent in ensuring project success and profitability. Collaborate effectively with all project participants for smooth project administration. Manage Submittals, RFIs, Logs, and procurement of materials/equipment in line with the baseline schedule. Handle project changes/revisions, including preparing and reviewing change orders with cost and schedule impacts. Review and comprehend specification requirements for closeout documentation at project completion. Qualifications:

Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications. Excellent organization and time management skills. Familiarity with Procore and other project management tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). Benefits:
