Key Objectives of this Position

  • Develop and nurture the project team to ensure optimal performance by providing clarity, direction, and encouragement.
  • Guide projects from the definition of requirements through to implementation, determining schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and execution plans, including risk management strategies.
  • Manage both internal and external resources to guarantee that projects comply with scope, timelines, and financial constraints.
  • Evaluate project status and, when necessary, adjust the scope, timeline, or budget to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Establish and sustain relationships with pertinent client stakeholders, offering regular updates on project status and modifications.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and uphold processes for managing project scope throughout the lifecycle, setting quality and performance benchmarks, and evaluating risks.
  • Organize and manage comprehensive, multitrack performance databases for various project types including digital, print, social media, broadcast, and experiential initiatives.
  • Foster and maintain collaborations with external resources, including vendors and research partners.
  • Allocate and oversee resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
  • Communicate project results and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as needed, in accordance with the project work plan.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of experience in project management.
  • Strong focus on deadlines and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with all levels of management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Experience in developing systems for internal processes.
  • Experience in mentoring project team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
