Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of OSHPD Healthcare Construction projects from start to finish
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and OSHPD construction project requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, means and methods, costs, quality control, and safety measures
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
