CLIENT EXPERIENCE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

The Client Experience Operations Associate will be responsible for basic collateral preparations and facilitating all rate inputs and service updates for current clients, ensuring accurate reflection of client information for the company. They assist the Client Experience Ops team with the day-to-day functions of maintaining data that flows into Salesforce. The role will require a high level of attention to detail to support day-to-day tasks and/or campaigns/on-going projects.
  • Maintaining data that flows into Salesforce regarding Advanced Client Escalations (ACEs)
  • Create basic client collateral and contract documents which include amendments and WC rate tables
  • Create Labor Cost Estimator tool for clients
  • Providing auditing support for other collateral requests
  • Support to facilitate inputs for rate adjustments/service updates
  • Assist with contract requests for the org/gathering documents for auditors
  • Maintaining client data (call center notes, contract start/end dates, etc.)
  • Assist with non-HIC WC renewal campaigns (HEMIC/SUNZ)
  • Provide OE support - CPP Contracting
  • Support for PEO/HRO Terms
The base compensation for this position is $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year depending on experience and qualifications
