Bachelor degree Very hands-on, lots of documentation, lots of phone calls, pre-employment is very detailed at times. In charge of entering data into HRIS system, conducting New Employee Orientation (rotation), going to job fairs, other duties include participating in company sponsored events – including helping with planning/prep/attending. Attention to detail, works well in shared spaces Can work with interruptions Customer service oriented/friendly Can travel for job fairs ADP experience Bilingual preferred
