**Customer Service Admin - Cincinnati, OH**
**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:**
Technical Equipment is seeking an ambitious and conscientious Billing Coordinator for our Cincinnati location. This role will provide the right individual with opportunities to work for a great company in a fast-paced, growing industry.
**Essential Functions:**
* Process billing transactions
* Submission of invoices to customers
* Processing incoming customer payments and investigating any billing questions from customers
* Processing vendor invoices
* Help with coordination of return authorizations and proof of deliveries
* Act as a backup resource to the Parts department to handle incoming customer requests for replacement parts, including quoting pricing and availability and processing orders with vendors
* File order documents pertaining to parts orders
* Act as a backup resource to the Accessory department to handle incoming orders, including order fulfillment, communication with customer and TES salesperson and processing billing
* General administrative duties including opening mail, helping to answer incoming phone calls, filing, helping to coordinate and schedule company meetings and events.
**Other Functions:**
* Perform related duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:**
* Minimum two years of experience in an administrative position or related field required.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong interpersonal skills essential
* Exhibit excellent teamwork skills
* Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness of work; monitors to ensure quality.
* Strong written and verbal communication, listening, organization and priority setting skills required.
