The ideal candidate will possess:

a high school diploma or equivalenta bachelor's degree in business or related field preferreda valid driver's licensea minimum of two (2) years outside sales experienceexperience in the floor covering industry preferred, but not requiredproven sales abilitya high motivation and ability to work independentlycomputer proficiency, most notably with MS Office Suitethe ability to promote company products as a professional sales representative to all existing and prospective customer accountsthe ability to maintain a general working knowledge of all major products and industry trendsexcellent interpersonal skills and ease of developing business relationships with internal teams and outside vendors
