Sales Manager Frank's Basement Systems is the premier waterproofing, and structural repair contractor in WNY. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing team. In this role you will manage the sales department, ensuring that team goals are achieved and customers are provided a remarkable experience. This position is exempt under the FLSA and reports to the General Manager. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Lead, Manage, Accountability (LMA)•Cascades the company's vision and provides clear direction.•Removes barriers so that the company's vision is achievable.•Provides expectations and holds employees accountable to meeting these expectations.•Manages employees' performance, conducts performance reviews, and partners with Management on other performance decisions.•Creates/provides opportunities for employees' growth and development.•Trains Employees - Ability to learn and train team utilizing proprietary training/learning sales guide. - Leads group and individual meetings/trainings on a weekly basis. - Has the ability to identify areas for improvement and efficiency and develop and implement procedures to achieve goals. Team Goals•In collaboration with leadership, develops the sales department's annual goals and plan.•Makes adjustments as necessary, ensuring the sales department is consistently growing in the same direction.•Removes obstacles and barriers so that the sales team can meets it goals.•Meets and exceeds sales goals and other key performance indicators for the company and individual sales representatives.•Targets performance management and training to achieve sales goals and other key performance indicators.•Ultimately responsible that the sales team:- Gets sales made.-Delivers on ADL, ADS, quoting, and/or closing goals.- Provides remarkable customer experiences.-Timely resolves customer issues.Customer Issues•When customer issues are escalated to their level, works to resolve all issues with customers.•Ensures customers have a remarkable experience.Culture•Is an ambassador and guardian of the company's and sales team's culture.•Proactively works towards the sales team's health.•Effectively resolves issues-must be comfortable with conflict, addressing issues, and solving problems in a practical and healthy manner.POSITION REQUIREMENTS•At least 7+ years of experience in a Sales Management Role. Construction sales or knowledge of construction principles and practices highly preferred.•Thorough knowledge of sales principles and practices.•Skill in operating a personal computer, cell phone, programs, and apps. Strong background in Salesforce is highly preferred•Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on screen roughly 75% of the time.•Ability to understand, communicate, read, and write in English.•Skill in verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills.•Ability to stay upright/stand up to 50% of the time.•Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.•Ability to exert up to 10 lb. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects, maintaining a stationary position most of the time.•A valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company.•Ability to pass preemployment background screenWhat We Offer•This position will pay $80-100k base salary DOE with additional bonus structure•Health benefits and dental coverage•Paid holidays and earned paid time off•401k with company match•A great team and work environment.If you want to be part of something bigger than just a job - make this career move and find exactly what you're looking for.
