Duties will include:

Receive emergency and non-emergency calls.

Schedule appointments and maintain records. Invoicing and collections of payments.

Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of work orders while facilitating and supporting technicians.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must pass a drug test and have a clean criminal background.

Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities needed.

Must have the ability to build rapport and a positive relationship with clients and fellow team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
