Job Title: Night Auditor

At The Northport Hotel, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing the front desk, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's financials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests
  • Manage the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
  • Process financial transactions, including cash and credit card payments
  • Review and reconcile financial reports, including the front office log and trace files
  • Assist with guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
