As an Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will get to learn about XTS’s unique recruiting process that has yielded remarkable results in the success of the company’s growth. Relevant Information + This is not a remote position and is an in-office role--the first 90-120 days are the most critical for training and peer-to-peer mentorship, which requires maximum in-office availability. Requirements + Exceptional customer service abilities and the natural ability to be authentic. + Strong verbal communication skills, ability to clearly enunciate and hold long conversations varying from different personalities. + Ability to research online, reference source materials, and synthesize information into a new form of presentation. + Demonstrated experience working in a deadline - driven environment.
